Refund & Cancellation Policy
At eBee, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfactory food delivery experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement or before the restaurant confirms the order.
- Once the restaurant accepts your order, cancellation may not be possible.
- To cancel an order, use the "Cancel" option in the eBee app or contact our support team immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- Items were missing from your order.
- Food was damaged, spoiled, or not consumable.
- Order was not delivered due to service issues.
Refund claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Please include clear evidence (photos if applicable) when raising a request.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is validated, we will initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) or as wallet credits in the eBee app.
4. No Refund Cases
- Customer failed to collect the order.
- Incorrect address or contact information provided.
- Dislike of taste or preference unless food quality was compromised.
