4. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through the app are subject to availability and acceptance by the restaurant.
• Prices displayed in the app are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made through the app using secure methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before they are confirmed by the restaurant.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which considers valid claims for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and other factors.
• eBee is not liable for delays caused by the restaurant or delivery partner.

7. User Conduct

• Users must not misuse the app, including but not limited to tampering, hacking, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate communication with restaurant staff or delivery personnel is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the eBee app, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by eBee and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

eBee is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the app or services. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of the food provided by restaurants.

10. Changes to Terms

eBee reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
